Health issues resolved.

People would kindly send me pictures from family reunions and events and it was horrible to see this woman looking back at me and I had no idea who she was. I had health issues. By the time I had my LAP-BAND^® System procedure I had sleep apnea, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. My mother gave me the money. I told her she saved my life — and she did. She saved my life, not just my physical life but how I feel about my life. If somebody were in the room with me right now and was considering the LAP-BAND^® procedure, I would tell them that for me it was absolutely the best thing I ever did for myself and I would so recommend it for anyone who’s having a life long struggle with weight like I have. Of course, there are times when I’d like to eat everything I want. But…the rewards are so much more than the trials and tribulations — it’s worth it.
